Managing Orders

In the  “Orders” section, you can manage the orders placed by the customers. It is the section where all the orders and their shipping status is visible along with the ordering date and price.

When a product is is processed to the next stage, it status can be updated as given below.

All the return, refund and exchange activities happen in this section. The seller can allow the “refund” of an item as given below.

Refund, return or exchange status can also be updated here as mentioned below. You can also add notes to provide transparency to the customer.
